Registration and Follow-up Department

The department manages the registration process for individuals interested in the courses and programs offered by the center. It also issues training certificates and prepares the annual statistical report for each academic year, summarizing the number of registrants and the courses offered during the academic terms.

For registration:

  • Location: Sabah Al-Salem University City (Shadadiya) - University Administration Building - Fifth Floor - Community Service and Continuing Education Center - Registration and Follow-up Department. Office hours: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Online Registration: Use the link available in the Instagram bio or the center's website to complete the registration and payment electronically (see "Useful Links" button).

Special Instructions for Withdrawal from Training Courses:

To complete the withdrawal process, please provide the following documents:

  • A printed copy of the electronic payment receipt.
  • Bank transfer form with the bank details (IBAN) used for the course payment.
  • A copy of the ID card of the account holder.

The amount will be refunded to the participant's bank account based on the details provided in the refund request form for the Finance Department (no cash refunds). The refund process may take approximately one to two months.

  1. Participants have the right to withdraw or request a refund of tuition fees if the center cancels or postpones the programs.
  2. A 25% fee will be deducted from the paid fees if the participant withdraws before the start of the course.
  3. No refund or withdrawal is allowed once the course has started.

Before completing the registration and payment process, please read the following instructions:

  1. Ensure that your personal information is entered correctly.
  2. Verify that you have selected the correct course and level.
  3. Participants aged 15 years and above are allowed to register for all courses.
  4. Registration for all courses closes one day before the course starts.
  5. Participants eligible for any of the following discounts must visit in person to complete registration and provide proof:
    • 50% discount for individuals with disabilities (proof required).
    • 20% discount for senior citizens (age 65 and above).
    • 20% discount for Kuwait University employees (employee ID required).
    • 50% discount for Kuwait University students (recent proof required).
    • 20% discount for groups registering in all children's programs only (group of 3 or more members).
